The Role

The Business Procedures Consultant II will play an integral role in operational builds and day-to-day administration of our dental quality programs and wellness initiatives that impact the global dental business. This role will be instrumental in continuing to develop, grow and expand our quality programs as MetLife continues to differentiate itself in the industry.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. The Business Procedures Consultant II is responsible for. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Business Consultant II and Manager Business Consultant in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard. This position will report to the AVP of Quality Management and Clinical Oversight.
Key Responsibilities
1.
o ED outreach - automated letter notification process
o Patient Care Review - provider automated letter notification process
o Intake emails charting (checklist completion)
o Logistics manager
assignment of work to evaluators
high-detail process management (send, receive, initiate required actions)
o Patient Care Review outcomes - provider automated letter notification
o Cadre business processes - contracts, payments for work rendered processes
o other skills as relevant to OAC requested by project manager - documentation, metrics, enhancement implementation

o Run necessary wellness files and aggregate requested data points
o Lead outreach efforts as instructed by program lead (work with operations, manage target list, proof mailings)
o Measure outreach effectiveness as defined by program manager
o Present data to clients as needed in stewardships

o Update citations annually - bi-annually on existing education pieces/library
o Manage product and legal review processes
o Partner with internal Global comms MetLife.com team to make needed updates on web
o Update Highpoint and Oral Health Library as necessary
o Format print pieces as necessary with updated info, branding guidelines and legal #s.
o Publish new articles, subjects as requested by Oral Health programs manager and/or Dental leadership

o Manage data file request process
o Manage data file intake and routing to completion (product, reporting, network)
o ED outreach - automated provider letter notification process

o Outreach effort to authors for guide updating, follow-up and adherence to timeframe schedules
o Processing invoices/forms
o Compiling utilization data for guide reviews

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet client and project deadlines

• Suggested experience in dental industry.
• Knowledge of insurance company operations
• Skills in Excel and PowerPoint

The salary range for applicants for this position is $71,000-95,000.
