Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and strategic decision support
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to support business objectives and resource allocation
Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
Monitor business results through reporting and early-warning indicators to drive proactive decision-making
Evaluate investments, projects, and business cases through robust financial analysis and profitability assessments
Drive forecast accuracy improvements by ensuring data integrity and delivering value-added recommendations
Champion process optimization, reporting automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis within a complex organization
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and effectively partner with cross-functional teams
Experience supporting strategic planning, investment evaluations, and performance management processes
Fluent English communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences is a must.
Desirable Requirements
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with an understanding of commercial and financial value drivers
Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, data visualization, and business intelligence tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making
