Job Description

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, strategic recommendations, and decision-making support

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to drive business performance and resource allocation

  • Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize outcomes

  • Develop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, and early-warning indicators to support proactive decision-making

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data while driving continuous improvements in forecast quality

  • Evaluate investments, projects, and business cases through robust financial analysis and profitability assessments

  • Streamline reporting processes and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and business value

Essential Requirements
 

  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis within a complex organization

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions

  • Experience supporting strategic planning, investment evaluations, and performance management processes

  • Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills

Desirable Requirements
 

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with an understanding of commercial and financial value drivers

  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, and applying advanced analytics to support business decision-making
