Business Performance Analyst

London, Full-Time

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented individual to join our Planning and Performance team as a Business Performance Analyst. In this role you will support the delivery of data-driven insights to help shape strategic decisions across the business.

Your New Role

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in supporting data validation, building and maintaining performance reports, analysing large datasets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly performance reports, dashboards and KPIs
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with the accurate production of reports, accounts and management information
  • Support the extraction, cleaning and manipulation of data from multiple sources to support business insights
  • Contribute to the improvement of reporting processes and tools
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with data-driven inputs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

About You

  • Sound experience working within a Finance role, gained in across any industry (e.g. FP&A, commercial finance, data analyst)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and sound proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with planning tools, ideally Hyperion, and exposure to Oracle systems is desirable
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
