In this role you will lead the pricing and contract steering for the Austria B2B business within Anti-Infectives, partnering with Finance and Sales to maximize profitable growth, support robust commercial decision-making, and shape customer mix and pricing strategy in line with the overall B2B mandate.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead pricing- and contract-related discussions in line with financial targets, and guide the Sales team on commercial implications and decision options
- Develop and drive pricing strategies across relevant sales channels, ensuring alignment with the overall B2B strategy and annual target setting
- Support the development of the Austria B2B commercial strategy by preparing and assessing new business opportunities, deal scenarios and commercial proposals
- Drive transparent decision-making by balancing Enterprise Value considerations with cGP performance, and by making trade-offs visible to relevant stakeholders
- Identify opportunities, assess risks and challenge assumptions across the commercial and STO contract landscape to strengthen the financial robustness of the B2B setup
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance and relevant platform functions to ensure consistent and commercially sound day-to-day decision-making
- Support the development of the right analytics, reports and commercial insights for the wider B2B community, in close collaboration with the Business Monitoring function
- Contribute actively to the implementation of platform strategy through day-to-day pricing, contracting and commercial decisions within the B2B sales organization
- Ensure alignment with relevant governance, compliance requirements and internal processes in all pricing and contract-related activities
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
- At least five years of experience in finance, commercial or pricing roles, preferably in generic pharmaceuticals, healthcare or FMCG
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
Experience in pricing, contract management and business case evaluation - Proven analytical capability and strong numerical skills
- Experience with external data sources, such as IQVIA, advantageous
- Experience in TechOps or supply-related environments advantageous
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Languages: Fluent in English, German is an advantage

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 78.383,90/year (on a full-time basis).
The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
