About the Role
At Haleon, Digital & Technology plays a critical role in enabling our business to operate securely, efficiently and at global scale. As part of our Digital & Technology transformation, we are strengthening our product management capability to support complex regulatory, compliance and financial reporting requirements across our global technology landscape.
We are seeking an experienced Business Partner Financial Reporting & Controllership to work on a 12M FTC to provide end-to-end ownership of technology solutions supporting Tax, Transfer Pricing, Audit, Risk, Compliance and related financial reporting initiatives.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for ensuring technology solutions are compliant, scalable, secure and audit-ready while supporting the delivery of complex regulatory and compliance change across the enterprise. Acting as the key integrator across Finance, Tax, Legal and Technology domains, you will bring together multiple delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of regulatory change are understood, aligned and delivered as a cohesive solution.
Working across a complex global environment, you will own the long-range product strategy and roadmap, providing leadership and governance across initiatives that involve multiple systems, teams, vendors and regulatory requirements. You will ensure that regulatory intent is translated into integrated technology solutions that support compliance while delivering business value.
This role is suited to a senior product management, finance technology or transformation professional who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business challenges and can effectively align stakeholders across a highly matrixed global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the end-to-end view of regulatory and compliance-related technology change across Financial Reporting, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Risk and Audit functions.
- Developing and maintaining the long-term product strategy, roadmap and annual execution plan.
- Acting as the key integrator across Finance, Tax, Legal and Technology teams to ensure all components of change are aligned and collectively deliver the intended business outcomes.
- Ensuring individual workstreams and system changes combine into a coherent, compliant and audit-ready solution.
- Identifying and managing dependencies, overlaps and gaps across processes, data, controls and reporting.
- Ensuring technology solutions are designed with an enterprise-wide perspective and not as isolated local implementations.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree and/or professional finance qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Significant experience in Product Management, Finance Technology, Regulatory Change, Finance Transformation or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of Financial Reporting, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Audit, Risk and Compliance processes.
- Experience working within Finance functions and partnering with business stakeholders on complex transformation initiatives.
