Responsibilities
Map and prioritize operational pain points across all business functions in Ecuador (commercial, onboarding, merchant support, internal ops) through structured process audits and stakeholder interviews, maintaining a living roadmap of automation and AI opportunities ranked by impact and feasibility.
Design and build production-ready AI-augmented workflows, including LLM-based document processing, intelligent routing, AI agents for repetitive decision-making tasks, and OCR pipelines, using platforms such as Make, n8n, or equivalent, integrated with AI providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or others).
Build and maintain end-to-end process automations across the business (onboarding flows, internal approvals, data validation, reporting pipelines, support request routing) using no-code/low-code tools and APIs, eliminating manual handoffs and improving reliability at scale.
Collaborate with commercial, operations, and support teams to deeply understand their workflows, co-design solutions with them, and drive adoption, translating operational needs into working automations, not just proposals.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and process performance reports (cycle times, SLA compliance, error rates, conversion) that give leadership real-time visibility and enable data-driven decisions.
Evaluate and implement new AI tools, integrations, and automation platforms as the landscape evolves, staying current on what's possible and proactively bringing relevant innovations to the team.
Document all automations and AI workflows clearly, establish reliability and monitoring practices, and measure the impact of every initiative, presenting results to leadership and iterating based on outcomes.
