Job Summary
Business Operations Staff Analyst drives end-to-end procurement operations, contractor and vendor lifecycle management, contracting coordination, and procurement governance. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient Procure-to-Pay (P2P) execution, compliance, spend visibility, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement intake and coordinate requests through procurement, legal, finance, and supplier onboarding processes.
Execute and track Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, including PR/PO management, approvals, invoicing, and issue resolution.
Coordinate contractor onboarding, renewals, offboarding, and vendor management activities.
Support contract administration, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and supplier onboarding.
Maintain procurement dashboards, reporting, spend tracking, and compliance controls.
Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
Partner with business, HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to support operational objectives and stakeholder needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s /Master degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, contractor administration, or related program management roles.
Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, procurement governance, and contract administration.
Experience with PR/PO management, vendor onboarding, and procurement workflows.
Proficiency with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba or equivalent tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting technology, engineering, or operations organizations.
Knowledge of procurement compliance, supplier management, and spend governance.
