Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment from receipt through shipment, addressing material shortages, supply risks, production bottlenecks, and logistics constraints. Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and protect delivery commitments. Develop operational quotes, CAPEX proposals, capacity analyses, business cases, dashboards, presentations, and recovery plans while driving KPI-based process improvements.

·       Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment, monitoring orders from receipt through production and shipment to ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are met.

·       Identify and proactively manage material shortages and supply risks that may impact production or customer delivery.

·       Serve as an operational liaison with customers, coordinating customer requests, requirements, delivery expectations, and issue resolution.

·       Monitor and communicate fulfillment performance and risks, providing management with clear status, priorities, escalation, and recovery plans.

·       Develop Operational quotes, CAPEX proposals and business cases for manufacturing flow/footprint, facility expansion, and capacity improvements, including cost, capacity assessment.

·       Prepare customer and management presentations and business reviews, translating operational data and analysis into clear PowerPoint presentations and recommendations.

·       Drive operational improvements and issue resolution, using data, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve fulfillment, capacity utilization, and customer satisfaction.

·       Work with functional teams (PM/Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and etc.) and come up with action plan when issues arise (schedule delay, shortages, failures, technical issues, etc.), which may impact on-time delivery

·       Collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders to review and resolve material shortages, production bottlenecks, and logistics constraints impacting on-time delivery

·       Perform all other duties, as assigned


Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field with 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.

·       Strong analytical and project-management skills with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end order fulfillment, identifying material and supply risks, and coordinating cross-functional resolution. Proficient with MS Office Suite; experience with MES and ERP systems preferred.

·       Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have experience developing operational dashboards, capacity analyses, business cases, and customer presentations. Experience with Visio/facility layout, ERP/MRP systems, CAPEX analysis, and manufacturing capacity planning is highly desirable.
