The Business Operations Specialist sits at the center of Wolt Israel’s customer support department, connecting both operations, analytics, and execution.
In this role, you act as a key driver of cross-functional initiatives within the support organization, operational planning, and performance management, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Support and senior leadership, you help shape the department's direction through data-driven insights, project ownership, executive reporting, and organizational alignment.
The role combines business understanding, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management, supporting both day-to-day execution and long-term planning.
What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities & Scope)
Day-to-day in this role you'll:- Own recurring business reviews and executive reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, ensuring clear follow-up on actions and decisions
- Analyze operational performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

- Manage department-wide operational routines, leadership forums, offsites, and organizational events.
