  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews
  • Lead underperformance conversations and manage PIPs when needed
  • Process contractor and team payments accurately and on time
  • Foster a culture of accountability and ownership
3. Hiring & Onboarding
  • Manage the hiring pipeline when new roles open (job posting, screening, assessments, scheduling)
  • Oversee recruiter (if/when added to the team)
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and role scorecards

  • Ensure new team members can ramp quickly using documented systems
4. Supply Chain & Fulfillment
  • Own inventory tracking and demand forecasting
  • Proactively manage reorder cycles

  • Deliver a monthly OPEX summary with observations
  • Monitor budget vs. actuals and flag discrepancies
