The PositionBusiness Operations Lead
Roche Diagnostics Netherlands, Almere
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Business Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead our Business Operations team and play a key role in shaping the experience of our customers across the Netherlands. You’ll oversee end-to-end business and supply chain processes with a strong focus on sustainability, efficiency, and innovation, while fostering an environment where people can grow and share ideas openly.
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in supply chain and operational leadership who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Your responsibilities
Lead and develop the Customer Operations and Business Enabling teams, enabling individuals to grow and thrive
Drive the local supply chain planning strategy in alignment with global and regional goals
Engage with stakeholders to ensure superior customer experience and business continuity
Optimize business and supply chain processes by leveraging data, technology, and automation
Lead large-scale, end-to-end initiatives and represent Business Operations in local and global projects
Align local facility management practices with global standards and drive continuous improvement
Define and track key metrics such as OTIF, SLAs, customer complaints, inventory levels, and distribution costs
Collaborate across teams and apply Business Operations expertise in cross-functional squads

Your experience and expertise
8+ years of experience in supply chain management or business operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record in driving change and managing complex projects
Inspirational leader with a passion for people development and personal growth
Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills
Experience in a matrixed or international organization
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
Experience in healthcare or diagnostics is preferred
Facility management experience is a plus
