We’re looking for a Business & Operations Lead to join Censhine.

Censhine is a technology company within the Centiro Group, building for complex, business-critical work. We develop connected systems shaped around how organizations operate, with AI deeply integrated into the technology and human judgement firmly in the lead.

Our first major implementation has been developed in close partnership with audit, law and advisory firm Cedra. Together, we are building technology around the realities of their business, with the platform already supporting thousands of users across the organization.

The impact you’ll make

As Business & Operations Lead, you are responsible for driving the operational and commercial development of the business. You work closely with customers, leadership and internal teams to ensure we achieve our goals, deliver customer value and scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• You build a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, challenges and long-term ambitions, translating these into clear direction and opportunities for growth.

• You maintain strong, trust-based relationships and proactively identify where we can create additional value, strengthen collaboration and support our customers’ strategic development.

• You have a sharp eye for opportunities, risks and needs, you help the organization evolve and grow.

• You create clarity around goals, responsibilities as well as outcomes in line with the company's ethos, culture and ways of working.

• You represent Censhine in dialogues - acting as a bridge between teams and stakeholders.

You are an experienced leader who enjoys building businesses in dynamic environments. You combine commercial insight with operational excellence and know how to turn direction into action.

You thrive in close collaboration with customers and colleagues, build trust naturally and communicate clearly across different stakeholder groups.

You bring

• The ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution

• Strong business and financial understanding

• A structured and analytical approach

• A proactive mindset and a drive to improve how things work

• An interest in AI and how new technology creates business value

Competencies & Experience

• Several years of experience leading a business, operational or commercial function

• Proven ability to drive growth, business performance and operational improvements

• Experience in economics, financial performance tracking and follow-ups

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• Ability to identify opportunities, risks and priorities and turn them into action

Bonus

• Experience from tech, SaaS, scale-up or growth environments

• Experience from organizational development or change management

• Experience working with AI-driven products or services
