Design, build and maintain integrations (APIs, EDI, file transfers) by analyzing requirements, developing solutions, testing, troubleshooting, and coordinating with business and technical teams using SQL and integration tooling.

Leads Censhine’s operational and commercial development by understanding customer needs, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and improving business performance. The role combines strategy and execution, financial tracking, operational improvement, organizational clarity, and customer collaboration. It also represents the business across teams and supports scalable growth, with an interest in applying AI and emerging technology to create business value.

Manage Centiro’s database infrastructure, including SQL Server and MongoDB operations, upgrades, patching, performance optimization, security, permissions, backups, high availability, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting. Develop automation and operational routines, monitor database health, analyze trends, support query tuning, and collaborate with developers. The role also involves cloud infrastructure management across Azure and Google Cloud, with potential responsibility for Windows and Linux servers.

Coordinate office operations across Montreal, Vancouver, and Boston, including logistics, onboarding, documentation, compliance and audit readiness, security and asset processes, leadership and visitor support, communications, invoices, purchasing, and vendor coordination. The role supports a consistent employee experience, local culture, and collaboration across North American offices while working bilingually in English and French.

Design, operate, and improve cloud and hybrid hosting platforms (Azure and Google Cloud). Ensure security, scalability, automation, and cost efficiency. Support monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization while collaborating with global teams.

Lead design and build high-performance, responsive, and accessible web applications. Collaborate with UX, backend, and product teams to drive frontend architecture, ensure code quality and testing, run workshops on new technologies, and advocate for performance and usability improvements.
