Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support key initiatives and team projects. In this role, you will work across multiple departments on people-centered operations and analytical projects that drive our organization’s effectiveness. It’s a great opportunity for a student who wants hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration, internal project coordination, and strategic insight into how different parts of a business work together. You will be developing professional skills across departments while contributing to planning, reporting, and review processes that help our team thrive.
What you will be doing
- Support cross-functional business initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts
- Support the planning and execution of internal projects across multiple departments
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of internal reports and presentations
- Analyze data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve communication
- Contribute to internal meetings by organizing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and other company gatherings.
- Help maintain documentation and ensure consistent reporting and communication standards.
What we are looking for
- Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable crafting messages and presenting information clearly to team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to work with different teams.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment. Willing to adapt as priorities change and eager to gain exposure to various business functions.
The hiring base salary for this position is $20.48 to $28.14 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
