About the Opportunity
Join Ericsson's Business Services team and support a variety of operational and administrative activities that help enable business functions across the organization.
Working with colleagues across different teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to document management, compliance-related processes, records administration, and day-to-day operational support while gaining exposure to how a global business operates behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
• Support document management activities, including certificates, agreements, legal notices, and other business documentation• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and signature processes• Assist with administrative activities related to payments and legal notices• Support records management, document retention, archiving, and retrieval processes• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions• Help maintain accurate documentation and process compliance• Support local operational and administrative activities as required• Contribute to process improvements and efficient ways of working
Who You Are
We are looking for individuals with strong potential who are eager to learn and contribute:• Recently graduated or in the early stages of your professional career• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Law, Public Administration, or a related field• Strong organizational and planning skills• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn• Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
