We are looking for an IT - Business Operations Expert for Commercial, Marketing, GPPS and Ethics Business Domains to lead the operations, governance and continuous improvement of the digital solutions supporting Ipsen's Commercial, Marketing, GPPS and Ethics functions globally.
Reporting to the Business Operations Director within Global Digital & IT Operations, you will serve as a key partner across business teams, IT stakeholders and external providers, ensuring that critical applications and services remain reliable, efficient and aligned with business priorities.
You will oversee a portfolio of global applications, driving service performance, managing strategic partners and identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance user experience and maximise business value.
What you will doYou will lead the operational management of a global ecosystem of Commercial, Marketing, GPPS and Ethics applications, ensuring services are delivered effectively and consistently meet business expectations.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand priorities, support operational needs and translate business requirements into sustainable technology solutions.
You will drive service excellence through strong governance, vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring partners deliver against agreed service levels and performance commitments.
You will oversee application releases, service transitions and operational roadmaps while proactively identifying risks, improving system performance and enhancing business support.
You will build strong relationships across business, IT and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment between operational delivery and business objectives.

You combine strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset, using data and insights to anticipate risks, optimise performance and drive continuous improvement.
You have experience managing application lifecycles, release activities and service governance frameworks, with a focus on quality, stability and user satisfaction.
You are an effective communicator who can influence stakeholders, build trusted relationships and navigate a global matrix organisation with confidence.
Fluency in both English and French is essential.
