Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Blackouts, EJH Blackouts and handle EJH Failures, ensuring accurate system configuration and timely resolution.
- Handle Customer Operations queries, including wrong resort issues, booking amendments and operational escalations.
- Process booking Swaps, including:
- Swaps without cost update
- Swaps including cost update
- Swaps including cost update and currency change
- Produce booking reports if Sourcing or any other internal team requires them
- Manage Internal Transfer Requests and ensure correct system setup and booking accuracy.
- Perform data management activities, including report creation, system exports and maintenance of master tracking files (e.g. Blackout Master Files, Swaps Masterfile).
- Act as point of contact for invoicing queries raised by suppliers, liaising with the BTB Audit and HTG Accounts teams.
- Implement cost updates on existing bookings as instructed by Sourcing and Finance teams.
- Support Sales Support, Supplier Messaging (Wrong Resorts queue) and Manual Booking teams with basic product configuration queries.
- Coordinate and process bulk cancellations when required, ensuring accuracy and minimal operational impact.
Skills & Experience
Essential skills:
- Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including working with reports, trackers and system exports.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and manage them end‑to‑end.
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Sales Support or similar operational roles.
- Experience working with booking systems, mapping tools or product configuration platforms.
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams across Operations, Finance, Sales and Product.
