Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to assist with a variety of business functions and project activities. Work with team leaders to monitor, control, and manage business operations in support of departmental needs and goals.
Required Experience:Experience: 3 years’ health industry or related experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
Your day may look like:- Perform administrative tasks, which may include intake/triage, inventory management, finance, and/or reporting.
- Assist with project management.
- Support internal and external stakeholder relations. Liaisons and coordinates with other departments as required.
- Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports.
- May assist in coordinating allocation of human resources and/or onboarding of new employees.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $21.39 - $29.95. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance).
The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. At Blue Cross of Idaho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for the position. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
