Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator. The qualified candidate will play an instrumental role in growing the Edge Business, building strong relationships, and streamlining Blue Yonder's invoice and finance processes. This role will report to the Business Operations Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee order entry management, reporting, and receiving for Edge Mobility and Automation opportunities
- Enter orders, track shipments, receive invoices, and assist the Business Operations Manager with tracking and reporting
- Act as a liaison between the revenue accounting and OTC BY teams to ensure customer hardware and software orders meet necessary financial requirements and are accurate in costing
- Enable quick revenue recognition and billing processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Workday and Excel
What We're Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of cost and revenue accounting
- Previous experience using Excel and Workday
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
