We have recently also started working with a wider variety of partners, such as grocery chains, retailers, and online pharmacies. Wolt Drive is a delivery-as-a-service segment, which experiences substantial growth, and serves as a perfect complement to our restaurant food operations - this would be a super exciting project to be a part of!
As a Business Operations Commerce platform, you will serve as a key communicator between our local team and sales partners and Technical Account managers, ensuring the optimal success of Wolt and Wolt Commerce platform
What you’ll be doing- Assisting Account managers with sales growth on the market with existing partners, and creating an environment where merchants and customers enjoy their experience with Wolt Drive, ensuring timely follow-ups, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new partners to the Wolt ecosystem
- Develop understanding of technical integrations and system connectivity.
- Participate in integration discussions and implementation meetings with Technical Account Managers, developers, and external partners.
- Act as the operational focal point during integration projects.
- Ensure alignment between technical, operational, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and integration of new partnersת, Identify operational risks, gaps, and dependencies during integration
- Collaboration with Wolt Operations and Support teams to ensure top-class customer experience for Wolt Drive partners
- Actively reaching out to potential new partners to help grow Wolt Drive’s partner base
- Helping with the implementation of new features
- Working with middleware partners (MWPs), including setup and monitoring
- Monitoring small- and medium-sized business venues, identifying and addressing dead or problematic venues,
- Experience working with technical integrations, APIs, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong operational and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business needs and operational requirements.
- Prior experience in an Account management or customer service-focused role is a plus
- Confidence in video calls and offline meetings
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you will be interacting with a wide range of people
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented mentality
- Experience working in a Google environment is a plus
- Ability to take initiative and ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
