Plenful is hiring a Business Operations Associate to help build the internal systems and processes that enable our company to scale. This is a generalist role for someone who enjoys structuring ambiguous problems, working across teams, and turning ideas into practical solutions.
Initial ownership will include:
Managing employee-facing IT operations, including devices, software, access, vendors, and day-to-day support.
Improving company knowledge management, including Notion structure, governance, and documentation.
Leading high-priority cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation.
The role reports to our Chief of Staff & VP, Business Operations and will evolve as Plenful’s needs grow.
What You’ll DoIdentify manual, fragmented, or unclear processes and use technology, automation, and AI to make them more efficient and scalable.
Maintain and improve Plenful’s workplace and IT systems, including tool administration, permissions, documentation, and operating processes.
Lead cross-functional operational projects by defining problems, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and implementing durable solutions.
Strengthen company knowledge management by improving Notion organization, governance, templates, and content discoverability.
3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, consulting, startup operations, or a similarly cross-functional role.
Strong systems thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive work to completion.
Strong project management, analytical, and written communication skills.
Technical fluency and comfort learning and managing workplace tools and systems.
High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Collaborative, low-ego approach and ability to work effectively across teams.
High-growth technology experience preferred; healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
