Lead messaging, content, and go-to-market for Plenful's 340B suite. Create sales enablement, customer marketing, partner collateral, launch communications, and persona-driven ABM content to drive adoption, expansion, and pipeline.

Design and build backend systems for a healthcare workflow automation platform. Own workflow orchestration, reliability, scheduling, queuing, integrations (SFTP, APIs, file formats), and high-volume data pipelines. Collaborate with DevOps, ML, UX, mentor junior engineers, and participate in incident response and architecture decisions.

Lead design and implementation of core data systems for a scalable healthcare automation platform. Architect durable data models, manage workflow state and historical data, ensure traceability, observability, and data integrity. Drive schema management, testing, and reliability improvements while collaborating with engineering teams to reduce operational overhead and support growth.

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features for pharmacy and health system workflows (340B, intake, claims reconciliation). Partner with product and operations experts, design and deploy production-ready, compliance-sensitive systems, embed AI into workflows, own testing and post-deployment support, and raise technical standards through code review and design contributions.

Design, build, and maintain integrations between Plenful and external healthcare systems (EMRs, payors, PBMs). Implement REST APIs, EDI X12, FHIR/HL7, and secure transports; build reliable data pipelines, enable downstream decisioning, prototype solutions, and troubleshoot live customer integrations while partnering with product and customer-facing teams.

Lead end-to-end product development for healthcare operations AI platform: discovery, roadmap, execution, and commercial outcomes. Translate complex workflows into scalable solutions, define success metrics, build customer feedback loops, ensure HIPAA and regulatory-compliant design, and work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and executive leadership.

Lead technical implementations and configuration for new customers, provide omnichannel support and documentation, engage customers to gather requirements and feedback, collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful deployments and expansions, and help refine implementation processes to accelerate customer value.
