Lead design and development of Plenful's workflow automation platform: maintain distributed workflow orchestration across serverless and containerized environments, build reliable scheduling/queuing and file/data pipelines, integrate external systems (SFTP, APIs, spreadsheets), work with healthcare formats (HL7, X12, EDI), collaborate with DevOps and ML teams, mentor engineers, and drive reliability and architectural decisions.

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features for pharmacy and health system workflows (340B, intake, claims reconciliation). Partner with product and operations experts, design and deploy production-ready, compliance-sensitive systems, embed AI into workflows, own testing and post-deployment support, and raise technical standards through code review and design contributions.

Lead end-to-end product development for healthcare operations AI platform: discovery, roadmap, execution, and commercial outcomes. Translate complex workflows into scalable solutions, define success metrics, build customer feedback loops, ensure HIPAA and regulatory-compliant design, and work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and executive leadership.

Provide high-level support to a senior executive: manage and optimize calendars, prepare briefings, coordinate domestic and international travel, plan events and offsites, oversee candidate interview logistics and the in-office hybrid experience, and act as a discreet gatekeeper across cross-functional needs.

Lead technical implementations and configuration for new customers, provide omnichannel support and documentation, engage customers to gather requirements and feedback, collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful deployments and expansions, and help refine implementation processes to accelerate customer value.

Own production reliability and performance for a healthcare AI platform: define SLIs/SLOs, run incident response and postmortems, build observability and automation, optimize scalability across serverless and container services, and partner with engineering, security, and compliance to improve operational maturity.

Lead and build Plenful's security function company-wide: strategy, team hiring, SSDLC and DevSecOps, cloud and infrastructure security (AWS), governance and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST), incident response, vendor risk, and customer security engagement to support enterprise growth.

Drive quality strategy across multiple products by designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for web apps, APIs, and backend services. Integrate tests into CI/CD, define test plans and acceptance criteria, perform exploratory and regression testing, monitor production quality metrics, and mentor engineers on testing best practices.
