About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to unlock insights that guide where and how we grow. In this role, you’ll analyze product usage, customer behavior, and revenue signals to identify early growth patterns, at-risk accounts, and upsell opportunities. You’ll recommend where GTM resources should focus, evaluate the impact of plays and campaigns, and highlight friction points across the customer lifecycle. By designing expansion forecasts, refining account tiering, and surfacing whitespace opportunities, you’ll provide the data-driven guidance that powers smarter GTM decisions. Your work will enable sales, marketing, and customer success teams to focus on the right accounts at the right time—fueling efficient, scalable revenue growth.
What You’ll Do- Identify which accounts, segments, and cohorts are showing early growth, at-risk patterns, or upsell potential
- Recommend where GTM resources should focus based on usage behavior, customer profile, and stage in lifecycle
- Evaluate the impact of GTM plays, marketing campaigns, and CS initiatives on consumption and retention
- Highlight friction points in onboarding, adoption, and expansion that impact consumption growth
- Design expansion forecasting models that tie to product usage signals
- Surface high-potential segments, whitespace opportunities, and product adoption trends
- Refine account tiering using firmographic, behavioral, and performance data
- Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports for GTM teams in Salesforce & BI tools
What You’ll Need
- Experience working with consumption-based or usage-driven businesses
- SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis
- Understands sales motions, customer journeys, and GTM strategy
- Comfortable interpreting usage, revenue, and pipeline metrics
- Skilled in building and iterating dashboards
- Distill complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leaders
- Focuses on how data drives actions that lead to revenue growth
Compensation
- The estimated OTE pay range for this role is $128,000-$160,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan
