We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst for our Order Management group with deep expertise in data analysis, visualization, and quantitative research—ideally within enterprise software environments.

The ideal candidate is a clear and confident communicator, capable of translating complex information into clear insights through analysis, visualization, and system design.
Bring a proactive mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to lead data-driven initiatives from concept to execution with minimal oversight.

How will you make an impact?


  • Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that effectively measure and align with the strategic objectives of Order Management
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor group and business performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and validity across all platforms and systems.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (External vendors, Sales Ops, Finance) to define and support contract lifecycle management metrics.
  • Translating business requirements into system specifications and managing implementation from start to finish

  Have you got what it takes?

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, ideally in SaaS, billing, or contract management
  • Strong skills in Power BI or similar and advanced Excel
  • Experience with enterprise software like Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
  • Understanding of SaaS billing models and Order-to-Cash processes
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Fluency in English and comfort working with global stakeholders
