We’re primarily hiring in our SF and NY offices, but do hire remotely in some cases
Drive execution for the core product: Partner with the CBO and Co-Founders to translate strategy into clear plans, priorities, and execution milestones.
Design scalable workflows: Build repeatable, automation-friendly processes for teams using a combination of RPA tools, SQL, and AI agents.
Improve operating rigor and efficiency: Identify friction points in product development, launch, and post-launch workflows. Design and implement lightweight processes, dashboards, and operating rhythms to improve execution speed and clarity.
Support data-informed decisions: Pull together insights from product, operational, and customer data to inform leadership decisions. Help define and track metrics that reflect product health and operational leverage.
Own rollouts from 0–1: Pilot new operational systems, document workflows, train the team, and scale across regions.
Crossfunctional collaboration: Help drive planning, prioritization, and follow-through across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, or Product Operations roles at a high-growth company.
Familiarity with process automation tools (Google Sheets, AppScript, RPA frameworks)
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Generalist skill set with the ability to move between strategy, execution, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.

Customer Obsession: You deeply care about the user experience and solving their problems
Experience working closely with senior leadership (COO, CPO, or founders).
Exposure to fintech, SaaS, payments, or regulated industries.
Strong analytical skills (Excel / Sheets; SQL familiarity a plus).
Experience building operating cadences (OKRs, planning cycles, execution reviews).
Prior experience at an early-stage or rapidly scaling company.
