In this role, you will be NXP’s global operation support for trust provisioning applications(In-hour software). You will be responsible the enterprise level operation of NXP’s Secure production in Trust Provisioning (TP) applications scope. Together with our global partners to solve problems and faults and ensure agreed service levels. monitoring and troubleshooting to make sure that the TP applications meet NXP’s business needs. You execute 24x7 daily support.
Responsibilities

Provide 24x7 daily support to NXP production and external NXP subcontractor

Monitoring and maintaining TP systems.

Providing technical support across the production site

Provide IT Support on daily and ad-hoc assignments
-
Responding on time to service issues and requests
-
Basic troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving software faults
-
follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault
-
Logging customer/internal incident/request
-
Work continuously on a task until completion
-
Call/meeting management with our global/local partners
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in any IT-related field.
-
0-5 years of information technology support.
-
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Troubleshooting, customer services and documentation skills.

Good in SQL command.
