Here at The Center at Parmer, we are currently looking for a Business Office manager to add to our growing team.
As the Business Office manager of a Skilled Nursing Facility you will be responsible for A/R, A/P collections, insurance verification, and maintain resident medical records.
-works with patients and or family members to complete financial packets
-prepares admission and financial packets
-Handle various business office duties
-prepare accounts for rebilling
-file secondary insurance, send to correct carriers with proper documentation
-identify coding or billing errors from EOB's and works to correct errors in a timely manner
-fills in for front desk when on break or lunch
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
-excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
-able to work independently with limited direction
-acutely detail oriented and organized

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekend MOD rotation

- Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Qualifications

- Excellent customer services and communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of patience and tact
- Must be acutely detailed oriented and organized
- Be able to work independently with limited direction
- 1 year of BOM experience in a Short Term skilled Nursing Facility
