- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance and billing procedures; Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred.
- Experience in long‑term care or working with older adults preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience helpful.
- Strong customer service skills and professional behavior.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast‑paced environment.
