Job Summary:
Provides business support related to financial reporting, revenue collection from Asia Pacific & Americas teams. Coordinates a unique set of processes, projects, and/or services in the finance field within the Business Migration (Offshoring) Team.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of incoming invoices from Asia/Pacific and ensuring that all European business has the requirements in order, before the invoices can be claimed and profits brought back to Europe.
- Monthly claiming of invoices from both Asia/Pacific and Americas as per the provided reports.
- Preparing financial reports for the European Finance Department, for wider Sales teams, including all checks and balances.
- Produces a variety of internally-used reports which serve the Business Migration Managers in order to track their performance as well as performance of our suppliers.
- Sorting through all unclaimed European invoices and preparing monthly reports for Business Migration Managers to distribute to their territories’ Sales Teams.
- Collaborating with Sales & Business Operations teams in order to re-validate Design Registrations, which are used in claiming invoices from the offshore regions.
- Cross-checking ’aligned’ lines from our system against any claims/invoices and ensuring any missed invoices are claimed.
- Serves as a back up for the Business Migration Operations team during the seasonal workload peaks.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
- Entry-level position with preferred understanding of basic Financial principals
Education and Certification(s):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications & Skills:
- • Advanced intermediate Excel skills (must be comfortable with VLOOKUP, SumIfs, Pivot Tables, and data filtering).
- • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies across large financial reports.
- • Exceptional attention to detail, as accuracy directly impacts departmental revenue and profit recovery.
- • Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems with minimal guidance.
- • Clear communication skills for collaborating with international teams across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.
- • Quick learner capable of navigating internal systems, databases, and cross-checking complex data lines.
