Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Media Manager to lead offline media planning while supporting integrated media solutions for a portfolio of clients. The role requires strong media fundamentals, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver effective communication solutions that drive client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- As the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day planning and campaign requirements.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and maintaining timelines.
- Understand client business objectives, category dynamics, and marketing priorities to develop relevant media solutions.
- Develop/ supervise offline media plans across TV, Print, Radio based on audience insights and campaign objectives.
- Utilize media research tools and consumer data to derive actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with specialist teams to build integrated media solutions incorporating digital, content, partnerships, and innovations where relevant.
- Evaluate sponsorships, content integrations, and property opportunities aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate with buying, investment, and media partner teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control across all deliverables.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses and present key learnings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Strategy, Investment, Digital, Content, Data & Analytics, and Creative teams.

- 3 - 6 years of experience in media planning, integrated media roles within a media agency environment.
- Strong understanding of offline media channels, audience measurement tools, and media planning principles.
- Exposure to integrated media planning, content partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.

Skills Required
- Minimum 3-4 years in digital media planning and buying
- Experience managing performance media (biddable, performance display) from strategy to delivery
- Knowledge of digital advertising technologies and trends (DMP, DSP, SSP)
- Applied knowledge of third-party ad serving, website tracking and associated technologies
