Main Accountabilities- Develop and implement strategies for assigned customers, selected products / agencies to achieve the agreed targets and objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with directly assigned customers and ensure a high level of technical support so to maximise the sales and profitability to Azelis.
- Seek new opportunities within the assigned customer base so to expand volumes and the number of products sold.
- Maintain high level strategic relationships with all principals and suppliers within the areas of responsibility and work to achieve their objectives in relation to sales and promotions within the allocated territory.
- Work with the Care & Specialties Product Manager on strategies aimed at converting new opportunities/projects.
- To utilise the AX and CRM system as part of the daily work process and ensure that all relevant customer, lead and opportunity-related information is captured and actioned.
- To consistently seek and develop business opportunities in the form of new markets, customer, products and principals.
- Provide the Care & Specialties Lead timely information, reports as requested using reporting tools (BI) provided.
- To ensure that all company policies and values are upheld in their entirety and to ensure that the business is represented both professionally and ethically in all dealings both internal and external
- Ensure compliance with all ISO certifications, specifically; ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.

Qualification & Skills
- Demonstrate drive and determination in meeting annual sales performance targets
- Pricing negotiation skills coupled with advanced numeracy traits
- High degree of business acumen
- 5 years’ experience in industry, i.e. in technical or in commercial role;
- Technical background in the industry (bachelors degree or similar).
- Self-motivated to start up new initiatives to generate more sales;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills;
- Creative to develop new means to generate interest and fill the sales pipeline;
- The ability to adapt to new requirements and have a flexible approach;
- Highly organized and able to meet principal expectations
- Confident in interacting at all levels within the business – from R&D, Operations, Commercial and senior Management;
- The drive to challenge yourself personally and develop new skills;
- The ability to think commercially and deliver results
