Job DescriptionResponsible to manage a team enabling Business and Country Heads to provide fit for purpose solutions across multiple locations. Able to assess strategic priorities, affordability, implement and adapt solutions to suit the conditions across different contexts to influence and steer achievement of Group driven objectives. Priorities are determined with Business and Country Heads to achieve overall strategic objectives.

Key Outputs :
- Stay up to date on macroeconomic developments, trends, legislation, and industry regulations, to effectively translate data, information and operational insights into meaningful recommendations to influence strategic decision-making within the Business Unit (BU)/Group Function (GF)/Region.
- Facilitate the prioritisation of operational delivery and efficiency initiatives to maximise strategic impact and maintain oversight of strategic priorities, ensuring execution aligns with the BU/GF/Regional mandate and broader Group strategy.
- Prepare presentation packs and support thought leadership initiatives for insights and decision making.
- Serve as a proxy with delegated authority to represent the Executive in meetings, key initiatives, decisions, and stakeholder engagements, exercising judgment in balancing independent decision-making with escalation of matters requiring Executive attention.
- Track and monitor metrics and progress of strategic projects, proactively identifying delivery risks, escalating issues and make recommendations.
