You will support the business management activities across operational support, sales performance tracking, business planning, project coordination, and day‑to‑day administration. Working closely with the Team Head and Business Manager of the Greater China Management Office, you will help ensure effective execution of market priorities and smooth operations across the Front Office.

1. Operational & Management Support

  • Assist the Team Head and Business Manager with BAU tasks including data extraction, reporting, and coordination work.
  • Prepare dashboards, performance tracking reports, and routine sales/financial updates for front office and management.
  • Support the Head of Sales and Market Heads in execution of business priorities and sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, consolidating inputs, and maintaining documentation of various management forums.
  • Provide support on client and people engagement activities.

2. Sales Strategy & Performance Support

  • Monitor and track sales key performance indicators (KPI), market financials, and performance metrics under the guidance of senior team member.
  • Contribute to the execution of sales initiatives by supporting data preparation, basic analytics, and reporting.
  • Assist in KPI and budget simulations by compiling data and preparing preliminary analysis.
  • Support business‑related tasks such as cross‑functional collaboration activities and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate with product, finance, and other internal partners for basic data requests and operational queries.

3. Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market, client, and business research to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Provide analytical support for business reviews, sales efficiency analysis, and segmentation work.

4. Project Coordination & Change Support

  • Assist team member in gathering feedback, documenting issues, and preparing inputs for working groups and project discussions.
  • Support change management activities such as preparing communications, following up with front office, and updating documentation.

5. Administrative & Event Support

  • Coordinate logistics for Greater China Management Office events, forums, and internal sessions.
  • Work closely with member of the Greater China Management Office to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks.
  • Support general administrative activities and operational tasks.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree. Possession of related industry qualifications is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Private Banking is preferred, with minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., SQL, Starburst) are preferred to support data extraction, reporting, and analytics tasks.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
  • Basic understanding with relevant rules and regulations, those relating to local private banking business.
  • Preferable for candidates with HKIB Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) professional qualification

Skills Required
