- Support the CEO and Senior Management in strategic initiatives, decision-making processes and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare target group-specific presentations, briefings and decision-making materials for local, European and global committees
- Analyse ad hoc topics as well as strategic market and competitive topics, develop business cases, prepare well-founded insights and derive appropriate courses of action
- Take on selected PMO responsibilities – from planning and coordinating workshops to tracking milestones, measures and KPIs
- Foster cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration and support internal communications and change initiatives through clear narratives, visualisations and communication materials
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a strategic or project-oriented role within banking or financial services, in management consulting with a financial services focus, in internal strategy, or in a CEO or Management Office
- Completed university degree in business administration, banking and finance, business informatics or a comparable field of study
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- A proactive, pragmatic, detail- and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills to quickly structure and concisely communicate complex topics
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- An open, team-oriented personality, with an interest in a long-term career at LGT and an identification with our values
For this position, the yearly gross starting salary is at least EUR 59,000.00. The specific salary classification is based on the individual qualification and the professional experience relevant to the position. Additional voluntary benefits or variable remuneration are gladly pointed out in a personal conversation. The employment relationship is governed by the Collective Agreement for Employees of Banks and Bankers.
