RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage existing accounts to grow business.
  • Maintain the business relationship as preferred strategy partner and solution provider
  • Develop new customers & new applications to grow business.
  • Ensure that day to day job of sales is done properly (rolling forecast, customer maintenance, call reports, follow-up on complaints and overdue...)
  • Organize market analysis and growth plan and make frequent contact with key stakeholders
  • Update market trend, competition activities to plan tactical strategy to marketing
  • Transfer global/Asia business strategy to daily work and execute strategy to meet budget

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, polymer or chemical related major preferred
  • >5 years of sales experience in the field of specialty engineering plastics or thermoplastic powder coatings
  • Solid ability on business/application development.
  • Strong business acumen and value pricing knowledge
  • Deep dive and excellent communication and negotiation skill
  • Open minded, curious, team player, open to feedback
  • Basic IT-capabilities (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
