We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Management Coordinator to support our CEO – Wealth APAC and the broader Wealth leadership team.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Wealth business unit. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, you’ll help coordinate key activities, support leadership initiatives, and ensure operational processes run efficiently.

This is a fast-paced and highly visible role where you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, support strategic initiatives, and help keep the leadership team focused on delivering great outcomes for our customers.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in

  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on behalf of the CEO – Wealth APAC

  • Drafting and preparing correspondence, presentations, reports and communications for senior leaders

  • Scheduling and coordinating leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and action tracking

  • Supporting executive reviews, board presentations and leadership forums

  • Ensuring follow-ups and key actions from leadership meetings are captured and progressed

  • Planning and coordinating team events such as Town Halls, offsites, AMAs and business forums

  • Assisting with the coordination of leadership initiatives and strategic projects

  • Tracking key activities, milestones and deliverables across the Wealth leadership program of work

  • Supporting process improvements, tools and templates that enhance operational efficiency

  • Preparing reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leaders

  • Excellent attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business

  • Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom and collaboration platforms

  • A calm, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
