Fundraising Officer Responsibilities & Duties - Developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns guided by a fundraising strategy. - Building and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors. - Researching and identifying potential funding sources. - Writing grant applications and proposals. - Organizing fundraising events and activities - Managing fundraising databases and tracking donor information. - Collaborating with programmes and communications teams to promote fundraising efforts. - Preparing reports and presentations on fundraising progress. - Ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices. - Engaging with volunteers and supporters to enhance fundraising efforts. - Coordinating with financial teams to manage funding. - Evaluating the success of fundraising initiatives and campaigns Building relationships with corporate partners and securing funding. - Creating and distributing fundraising materials and communication.
