Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Analyst/Associate to join our Business Management team within a fast-paced, high-growth platform. This role provides broad exposure across fund operations, financial analysis, compliance coordination, and new business initiatives, with the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with non-investment functions to assess and enhance firm-wide operating processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, the board, and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Analyze financial data and market trends
- Coordinate compliance activities and ensure adherence to new business initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic financial modeling skills preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and intellectually curious, with a strong willingness to learn.
