The Business Intelligence Lead solves complex business issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The Business Intelligence Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Business Intelligence Lead describes the tools, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data to create insightful and actionable business information. You will advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 or more years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 4 years of experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve different business problems and creating data visualizations that inform strategic direction
Experience with tools such as Power BI for creating data visualizations
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Databricks
Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating requirements between business, project management, and technical projects
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data systems
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, or predictive modeling
Experience creating analytics solutions for multiple healthcare sectors
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
