This is a 10-week internship starting June 9 or 16 and is fully on-site at the listed office location.
We seek a Business Intelligence Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role would report to the Director of Business Intelligence in San Jose, CA.
The intern will support the Services Business Intelligence team in building enhanced analytics and automation into our service strategy. This will include tracking metrics, working with forecasting models, and improving processes and procedures. This position will also build dashboards and reports for Senior-Level reporting requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering data, performing analysis, and presenting findings
- Developing and automating reports and dashboards
- Architecting, modeling, configuring, and maintaining back-end data models
- Cross-functional collaboration with multiple business and technical teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Business/Management Information Systems or equivalent
- Must be graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in pursuing a balanced business and technical role
- Experience in business analysis and data interpretation
- Strong Python and SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of statistics and identifying patterns and insights
- Knowledge of data modeling, integration, and architecture
- Knowledge of data warehousing technologies (such as AWS)
- Experience working with large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau or MS QuickSight)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills!

Salary Statement with pay range
Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
For internships, the hourly rate offered is based on the position as well as the candidate’s degree, major, and year in school. The hourly pay range for this position $34.50 - $37.50.
