About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

We are looking for a BI Developer to join the CISO Data Analytics team in Tel Aviv. This role is primarily focused on designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and BI products that support decision-making across security operations, risk, compliance, and leadership. Approximately 60–70% of the role will focus on dashboard development, KPI design, data storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and deliver Tableau dashboards from requirements through deployment.

  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and turn them into dashboards.

  • Help translate business needs into KPIs and reporting metrics.

  • Maintain and continuously improve existing dashboards, ensuring data quality and stakeholder adoption.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep-dives to support business decisions.

  • Write SQL queries to extract, join, and prepare data.

Requirements

Must have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a BI, analytics, or data visualisation role, with Tableau as your primary tool for most of that time.

  • Advanced, hands-on Tableau skills: calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, table calculations, performance optimisation, and Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.

  • A portfolio of dashboards you built yourself - you should be able to speak in detail about design decisions, data sources and what each dashboard enabled.

  • SQL: complex queries, joins, window functions and aggregations.

  • Experience defining KPIs and metrics collaboratively with stakeholders, not just visualising numbers handed to you.

  • Clear communicator, comfortable presenting findings to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong written and verbal English.

Security Domain – Strong Advantage

  • Experience in a CISO, SOC, GRC, or security operations environment.

  • Familiarity with security metrics - vulnerability management, incident response, or access control KPIs.

  • Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or SOC 2.

  • Experience working with security tooling data (SIEM, EDR, IAM, or ticketing platforms).

Nice to have:

  • Basic Python for analytics automation (not data engineering).

  • Awareness of pipeline tools such as dbt or Airflow.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

What We Offer

  • High-impact analytics role within a global cybersecurity organisation.

  • Ownership of dashboards and BI products used by leadership.

  • Opportunity to influence decision-making through data and analytics.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
  • International environment and talented teams

What's it like to work at Nebius:

  • Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
