General Description:

Job Purpose:

  • Collect and analyze business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making.

  • Promote data-driven decision-making, enhancing business growth and operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Lead the process of identifying business questions, preparing data sources, building analytical models, and generating actionable insights.

  • Analyze business performance, market trends, and customer behavior to support strategic planning and execution.

2. Dashboard Development & Reporting

  • Design KPIs aligned with business objectives.

  • Create intuitive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI for effective visualization.

3. Strategic Advisory & Collaboration

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to business units, marketing teams, and leadership.

  • Conduct advanced quantitative analyses such as forecasting, segmentation, and marketing mix modeling.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance resource allocation and operational strategies.

4. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Management

  • Coordinate SFE processes, including field force deployment, sales target setting, and territory allocation for new brand launches.

  • Manage customer information in the CRM system and support customer profiling, segmentation, targeting, and call planning.

  • Monitor sales execution to improve effectiveness and efficiency, providing actionable insights to the management team.

5. Incentive Scheme Design & Management

  • Design incentive schemes aligned with business goals, incorporating insights to motivate the sales force effectively.

  • Simulate incentive plans to validate feasibility and refine for execution.

  • Regularly track incentive implementation, identify issues, and propose solutions for improvement.

6. Data Utilization & Infrastructure Management

  • Leverage internal and external data sources, including DDD and Ultmark data, to drive analytics and reporting.

  • Maintain data infrastructure such as data lakes, marts, and warehouses to support scalable and efficient analytics.

Qualification Required:

Education Required: 

Bachelor’s degree or above, medical or related majors preferred

Qualification:  

Skills (7+ years in any of the following):

  • Data visualization using BI tools such as Power BI.   

  • Foundational knowledge of data infrastructure management (e.g., data lakes, marts, warehouses).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges. 

  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills to communicate complex insights clearly.

  • Collaboration skills for working across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Experience (7+ years in any of the following):

  • Leading data analysis projects, including data collection, preprocessing, and visualization.

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools or data warehouse (DWH) technologies.

  • Project management or stakeholder management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of healthcare data such as DDD and Ultmark.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align analytical outputs with organizational goals.

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Passion for innovation and emerging trends in media and technology.
