Assess and recommend the right BI approach for a given problem, considering data availability, platform capabilities, and business context, and communicate trade-offs clearly to non-technical audiences
Drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade BI applications (Tableau), ensuring scalability, performance, security and data governance
Lead data discovery sessions to identify new data sources and ensure the underlying data warehouse architecture supports long-term BI reporting needs
Guide the translation of business requirements into analytics prototypes that provide meaningful business and data insights
Oversee data and BI analysis efforts, including review of source systems, KPI definitions and aggregations, ensuring quality and consistency
Review and guide the development of Tableau applications, ensuring reporting components from multiple data sources are integrated effectively
Create and understand Figma-based prototypes to understand the "user journey" of data. Translate these designs into functional KPIs for BI developers
Provide oversight of the end to end BI ecosystem (Desktop, Server, and Cloud), ensuring best practices in dashboard performance, security and scalability
