Job DescriptionKey Responsibility of Role
This role reports to the Head of Business Operations, this role will
- Work with Head of Business Operations in the identification, measurement, analytics and reporting of consistent and comparable metrics to determine the health of the business and inspire solutioning, opportunity identification, and other outcomes.
- Design, build, and manage real-time significant metric Tableau dashboards overall and in depth to monitor and prepare monthly performance reports and executive-level communication materials with actionable insights for management to drive key strategic decisions
- Deliver accurate and value-adding actionable insights
- Communicate clear data, analysis and actionable insights to support key decisions
- Participate in the end-to-end setting and constant review of KPIs and the development of key strategic initiatives with relevant key stakeholders.
- Gather internal and external data to create data-driven insights and dashboards for strategic planning, performance measurement, driving sales, and making business decisions.
- Monitor progress and track the execution of plans against targets, timelines, and key achievements agreed upon by respective key stakeholders, while ensuring data accuracy in all aspects of data analysis.
Qualifications
The good fit candidate will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in analysis, strategy or research-related roles
- Strong familiarity with statistical methods
- Collaborative mindset focused on end-to-end results
- Experienced in working on strategy or research projects and defining these in terms of specific objectives and desired outcomes
PASSION for delivering impactful insights and for asking ‘why?’
- Good intellect with a passion for understanding customers (hirers and candidates) behaviour, satisfaction and loyalty.
- A track record of serving as insights partner to stakeholders beyond just data/ report provider.
- A track record of having tackled genuinely difficult strategy or analytics questions and delivering actionable insights
- Business-oriented recommendations
- Good communicator with excellent presentation skills
Track record of working with others to “get things done”
- Ownership/ Accountability and Drive – delivering outcome with cross-functional and cross-product teams
- Ability to establish relationships and influence senior stakeholders from a diversified culture without authority
- Collaborative, a good sense of humility and empathetic working style
- A deep commitment to inclusive and empowering work practices
The successful candidate will be competent with the following tools & technologies:
- SQL
- Tableau (Desktop & Server)
- Microsoft Excel
Willingness to learn the basics (expertise not required) some of the following tools and platforms:
- Web Analytics (Omniture, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing etc.)
- Databricks (supports SQL, Python, R, Scala etc.)
Besides, candidates with one or all of the following will be preferred:
- Experience in commercial, online businesses and/ or technology
