Job Descriptions:
Business performance analysis & reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards based on business requirements; recommend enhancements to improve usability, accuracy, and insight generation.
- Prepare recurring performance reports to track sales versus target, SFE KPIs, customer segmentation, and other commercial metrics across products, territories, and channels.
- Create efficient reporting templates and standardized dashboards to support timely business review and decision-making.
- Support end users by explaining report logic, dashboard navigation, and data definitions to ensure consistent adoption and interpretation.
- Perform ad hoc analysis on sales, call activity, customer, CRM, AMI and other data through the agreed request process.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and performance reporting by preparing relevant data, analysis, and insights.
- Provide analytical support for territory analysis, and customer prioritization models.
CRM & Data management:
- Recommend, and support to implement methods and techniques to improve analytical procedures within the sales force via Veeva CRM & BI tools.
- Support sales force and BI systems as a key user by maintaining report access, data inputs, business rules, and issue logs in coordination with system owners.
- Coordinate with CRM and Data Steward teams to ensure data quality, timely updates, alignment with business reporting requirements, data cleansing initiatives, user acceptance testing, and ongoing system maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Regional team to implement projects.
- Document reporting requirements, data sources, calculation logic, and process changes to support governance, continuity, and audit readiness.
Data validation and support stakeholders:
- Ensure validity and accuracy of distributor/ internal data used in sales reporting systems.
- Function as first point of contact for any discrepancies with sales data in CONNECT and Power BI
- Involve in implementation of Sales Database, maintain and generate report for Sales team
- Provide accurate files and translation tables for inclusion into reports
- Support Commercial team on developing any Database as requested
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience (for Analyst level) / 6-8 years of experience (for Manager level) in business intelligence, commercial analytics, data analysis, sales operations, finance reporting, or a related analytical function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and structured reporting templates is a must.
- Hands-on experience with BI or visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or data management systems such as SAP, Veeva CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL concepts, or database structures is an advantage.
- Knowledge in AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skill with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Good communication skill.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate data findings clearly to business stakeholders.
- Able to adapt to dynamic environment and to work under pressure and tight timelines.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to manage multiple reporting requests with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Good planning, organizing, and creativity
