This role focuses on standardizing and scaling analytics outputs, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance monitoring, and campaign support, while also enabling iterative analysis workflows that keep clients engaged and uncover additional revenue opportunities.
The position works closely with Analytic Consultants to transform data into repeatable, high-impact insights, while maintaining the technical capability to independently build solutions within cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Azure, Databricks).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scalable Business Review Insight Development (Core Focus)
Design and deliver standardized QBR (Quarterly Business Review) analytics packages across clients, including:
Trended performance analysis
Peer and portfolio benchmarking (where available)
Cross-sell and expansion opportunity identification
Build reusable frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality QBR outputs across teams and industries
Translate analytical findings into clear, structured insights that support ongoing client engagement
2. Iterative Performance Analysis & Sales Opportunity Development
Develop workflows to support ongoing performance monitoring and iterative insight generation
Identify opportunities to re-engage clients through updated analysis, including:
“Second look” evaluations
Incremental performance improvements
Post-sale optimization insights
Support evolving solution positioning, particularly for Identity Intelligence, through continuous performance evaluation
3. Campaign & Pre-Sales Analytics Enablement
Support proactive campaigns (e.g., Fraud, Credit Risk, Identity Intelligence) by:
Building reusable analytical frameworks
Delivering structured insight packages aligned to campaign objectives
Enable Analytic Consultants to move faster from insight → engagement → proof of concept
4. Insight Standardization & Reuse
Identify repeatable analytical use cases across:
QBRs
Retro analyses
Campaigns
Convert these into scalable templates and reusable analytics assets, reducing one-off work and improving delivery speed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
Strong proficiency with Python or similar programming language preferred
Experience delivering data visualizations that drive improved business decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure) and Databricks
Experience building repeatable analytics workflows and scalable data solutions
Familiarity with:
Performance analysis (trend, segmentation, benchmarking)
Experimental testing or comparative analysis
Experience in financial services, fraud, credit risk, or identity analytics
