JOB PURPOSE

Cyber resilience is now a top priority at Unilever. We are looking for a senior leader to shape how it comes to life across North America and Latin America, while also leading the global design and delivery of cyber security products and services that turn enterprise strategy into practical business outcomes, strengthen recovery readiness and help leaders make confident, risk-informed decisions.

This is not a conventional regional BISO role. Acting on behalf of the Global CISO across the Americas, this leader will have the mandate and freedom to set direction, challenge constructively and bring the right people together to move from cyber intent to measurable resilience outcomes. The role also carries a global products and services mandate, taking ownership for the design and delivery of Cyber Resilience Services so they are clear, consumable and connected to the way markets, functions and operations actually work.

The role offers meaningful access to senior leaders and a unique opportunity to shape how a complex global business, with brands used by billions of people every day, builds resilience across markets, functions, and operations.

Success will come from mobilizing regional relationships, global teams, cross-functional partnerships, cyber product capabilities, Cyber Resilience Services and AI-enabled ways of working to deliver measurable progress across a large and complex global enterprise. This rare opportunity is ideal for a leader who enjoys building, influencing, and delivering impact well beyond their formal span of control.

Because at Unilever, we don't just hire for jobs. We invite you to be part of something bigger.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute regional cyber resilience priorities for the Americas and global service roadmaps for cyber security products and services, aligned to business objectives, operational realities, and enterprise priorities.

  • Serve as the primary cyber advisor and representative of the Americas business within global cyber governance and product organizations.

  • Drive the implementation of cyber policies, standards, controls, and capabilities, ensuring strong adoption while balancing local business needs.

  • Establish visibility into cyber risks, resilience maturity, service adoption, capability performance and outcome metrics, enabling informed decision-making and accountability.

  • Mobilize cyber, technology, operational, and business teams to address priority risks, remove delivery barriers, and accelerate execution.

  • Champion cyber resilience as a business-owned responsibility by making services easier to understand, access and adopt, while fostering engagement, awareness, and desired security behaviors across the organization.

  • Collaborate across IT, OT, cloud, digital, and emerging technology environments to strengthen end-to-end resilience and secure transformation.
