Job Description: 

• As a Business HR Partner Intern, you will support HR operations by engaging in administrative and business process analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to coordinate and monitor the execution of administrative tasks and business process analysis.
• Assist in managing and addressing ad-hoc requests related to HR processes and workflow optimization.
• Help collect, consolidate, and arrange data from various sources for dashboard creation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• You must be a third-year or final-year student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Familiarity with HR processes and business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and other common office applications.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
