This internship offers hands‑on exposure to business operations and administrative support within a dynamic corporate environment. Opening departments: Human Resources and Business Development
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization.
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and distributing business or HR documentation and reports.
- Support the coordination of meetings, scheduling, internal communications, and departmental activities.
- Maintain and update records, databases, logs, and office inventories to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal teams to address administrative needs and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Perform additional tasks and projects based on the specific department to which the intern is assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with internal stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with good attention to detail and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
- Willing to be based in Penang (Bayan Lepas or Batu Kawan) for the internship period.
